Never Have I Ever…read a later book in a series before reading the first book

I have not done this because I hate when I do things out of order, so I try to avoid this at all costs.

Never Have I Ever…burned a book

Nope, I haven’t! I don’t have it in me.

Never Have I Ever…read a book I knew I would hate

Nope! I tend to read books that I think that I will enjoy!

Never Have I Ever…wrote a fanfiction about my favorite books

Nope I haven’t read it or written it!

Never Have I Ever…loved a book when I was young and hated it when I got older

I’m sure several of the books I read when I was younger would have different opinions. I would have to re-read them to see how much my thoughts have changed.

Never Have I Ever…dressed up as one of my favorite literary characters

I haven’t, but it sounds like it would be fun for Halloween!

Never Have I Ever…hated a book by an author I love

Nope! I might have disliked certain elements, but I didn’t necessarily hated it.

Never Have I Ever…gone into a bookstore to buy one book and come out with many more

Doesn’t this happen to all of us? I have gone into Barnes and Noble more times than I can count and have come out with a stack of new books.

Never Have I Ever…read the end of a book before reading the beginning

Nope! I hate spoilers, so I would hate if I spoiler the book for myself.

Never Have I Ever…read a book without the dust cover

I have done so in the past, but I don’t do it anymore.

Never Have I Ever…skim-read nearly half the book

Nope! I hate having to skim read and would prefer to take the time to enjoy the book.

Never Have I Ever…pretended to have read a book that I haven’t

Nope! I haven’t been in a situation where I have had to.

Never Have I Ever…seen the movie before reading the book

Nope! The books tend to be better, so I read the book first always!

Never Have I Ever…had a book boyfriend

Never Have I Ever…read a history book or anthropology book for fun

I don’t think so. I can’t recall anytime that I have.

Never Have I Ever…picked up a book based on the cover alone

I have in the past, but not anymore. I go based on the synopsis and not just by the cover. Pretty covers can sometimes be misleading.

Never Have I Ever…bought multiple books in a series without having started it

I have done this before and its worked out well for me. But I have stopped doing it just in case I end up not liking the first book.

Never Have I Ever… kept reading a series even if I didn’t love the first book

I have many times, and I’m glad I did because the series continued to improve with each book.

Never Have I Ever…read a book so quickly that I don’t remember what happened by the end

Nope! I try to take my time and take in what I’m reading.

Never Have I Ever… recommended a book I haven’t read

Nope! I feel like it would be wrong to recommend a book that I haven’t read. If the book is terrible, and then I recommend it…well that would not be good!

Never Have I Ever…written a one star review

Nope! I haven’t come across a book yet that is one star worth, but I’m sure I’ll stumble upon one in my time blogging.

My Question:

  • Never Have I Ever…dog eared a page in a book

I Tag…

Thank you for checking out this post! I hope you enjoyed it!!
